PRODUCTIVITY

Start by identifying your most important tasks (MITs). These are the actions that directly contribute to your goals. Instead of filling your day with low-impact work, focus on completing 2–3 high-value tasks.

Time blocking is a powerful method to stay focused. Allocate specific hours for deep work and eliminate distractions during that time. Turn off notifications, reduce multitasking, and give full attention to one task at a time.

Another key principle is energy management. Your productivity depends on how well you manage your energy, not just your time. Work on demanding tasks when your energy is highest, and leave lighter tasks for later.

Avoid perfectionism. It slows down execution and delays results. Done is better than perfect when progress is the goal.

Taking breaks is also essential. Rest improves focus and prevents burnout. Short breaks between focused sessions can significantly increase output.

The extra step in productivity is intentional focus. When you prioritize what matters and eliminate what doesn’t, you achieve more with less effort.
